Quality Assurance Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and drives process & quality assurance policies improvement initiatives by collaborating with the Board of Directors;
• Monitor, measure and evaluate business processes with the aim of delivering effective processes and output;
• Ensures efficiency of business operations and creates and implement changes as needed;
• Process training for the functional departments, including Sales, Delivery, Back Office divisions…;
• Support the leaders in ensuring team members are acknowledged all business processes and procedures;
• Conducts audits and inspections and identifies process or service issues to be addressed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and higher in Business Management/ Information Technology or in a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in business process management and quality assurance, in which 2 years working in ICT companies;
• Intensive knowledge of ISO, CMMi & ISMS;
• Proven experience in manage an effective team with 4-5 members;
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, critical thinking and communication skills;
• Able to work with, challenge and support all levels in the organization. A high level of responsibility and initiative;
• Professional certification, such as Project Management, Six Sigma or ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor is an advantage.
